Hi. My name is Cameron Shea.
I am the owner of Yellowfin Tuner, I have been trained in tuning on Haltech, Link, HP Tuners, Romraider and others. I did my training through High Performance Academy, East Coast Customs, and learning on the job.
I have always loved cars since I was a young kid, my favourite forms of motorsport are rallying and autocross, but I also love the drags and circuit. I love JDM vehicles in particular, but am keen to tune anything with a motor.
I have a Bachelors in Information Technology (Griffith) and a Masters of Business and Technology (UNSW), and I have worked in the field of computing for over 20 years. I am currently studying Engineering with Honours at QUT. It is this background in technology I can apply to tuning and calibrating your vehicles ECU, together with fault finding and ECU Diagnostics, programming and setup of standalones, and custom ECU remapping of the OE ECU.
Demands on tuners and the tune itself are only getting more complex, with ECUs now blending multiple maps, torque management, and some even using neural networks.
